Bell Tent FAQs
Ground Suitability
To erect our tents we require a firm and fairly flat ground. We cannot erect tents on astroturf, concrete, decking or similar.
Size Required
A 5 meter bell tent requires a minimum area of 7 Meters x 7 Meters. A 4 meter bell tent will require a minimum area of 6 Meters x 6 Meters. The space is to allow for the guy ropes to be safely installed. Please ensure you have measured the area accurately before booking.

How long will set up take?
To erect your bell tent, including interior and exterior decoration, beds and linen, can take anywhere between 1.5 hours - 3 hours. Many factors can affect the time taken including the weather, ground suitability and your chosen package. Please ensure you let us know at the time of booking when your event is taking place so we can allow adequate time.
What if it rains on the day of hire?
Our bell tents are hardy and waterproof, bell tent bookings cannot be postponed due to rain. In the event of high winds or a storm we will move your booking to an alternative date.
Deposit & Payment
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.The final balance is due two weeks before your event with a returnable £100 damages deposit. If your event date is under two weeks we require full payment at the time of booking.
